NFL Flag Football League (Spring)
Friday night is now youth flag football night in Medford! The Medford Parks and Recreation Department partners with the NFL to offer an affordable, high-quality, co-ed football league for boys and girls ages 6-14. Join us for a fun-filled 8-week season that emphasizes basic skill development, repetition and teamwork in a fun, laid-back atmosphere. The league is an ideal way to introduce your child to organized football, or a great off-season skill-builder for current or aspiring Pop Warner participants. Coaches (usually parents) are volunteers.

NFL Punt, Pass & Kick (offered in the Fall)
Showcase your football skills, and try to win a trip to Seattle! Boys and girls showcase their punting, passing and placekicking skills in four different age groups. Boys and girls compete separately. Age group winners advance to the sectional championship in Medford on Oct. 24. No cleats allowed. Bring a copy of birth certificate for age verification.
Get a leg up on the competition! This clinic series, conducted by seasoned high school or college players and coaches, will help youngsters hone their agility and basic football skills. It’s a perfect way to get ready for the upcoming NFL Youth Flag Football League. Register for the football clinic and the flag football league at the same time to receive a 50% discount on clinic fees.
