League or Sports Program Registration

Five ways to register:
1. On-Line Registration
PlayMedford Online is a interactive tool through which you can view facility schedules and view and/or register for classes and programs.

2. By Mail 
Complete the registration form on the last page of the program guide and include your VISA or MasterCard number, money order, or check.

You will be sent a receipt, or if you include your email address, we will email this to you. This method of enrollment is accepted for all classes, with the exception of swim lessons.

3. By Fax
For class registration, complete the registration form and include your VISA or MasterCard number. Fax to 774-2560.

If registering for adult team sports, CALL 774-2400 after you fax to provide credit/debit card payment information and verify placement.
 
4. By Phone 
Call 774-2400. Have your VISA or MasterCard number ready. 

For adult sports league registration, follow the fax procedure above.
 
5. Walk In 
Come visit us at the Santo Community Center at 701 N. Columbus. 

We accept VISA/MasterCard, cash, check or money order.
