Tot Sports Samplers (offered monthly)
Designed for young children as an introduction to soccer, baseball/softball and basketball. This is a parent–child interactive camp where a parent or responsible person assists the child with skills under the guidance of the clinic coordinator. All three sports are “sampled” in an hour! Includes clinic t-shirt. All equipment is provided. Children can enjoy the spray park at Lewis Park after each session.


Ages: 3—5 years

Days: Monday through Thursday

Session 4: July 12-15
Session 5: July 26-29
Session 6: Aug. 2-5

All-Comers Track Meets 
Be a part of a Medford tradition: the Parks and Recreation All-Comers Track Meets. Co-sponsored by Southern Oregon Runners and the North Medford High track team. Events include long jump, 50-yard dash, 100-yard dash and softball throw (tennis ball for ages 3 and under). Every child receives a ribbon for each event attempted. No records are kept -- it's all about fun! No pre-registration required. All events are FREE!

Tot Basketball League
Medford's youth basketball league teaches kids currently enrolled in grades K-2 the fundamentals of the game every Saturday for six weeks. Each week, players learn skills to help them with this introduction to the sport followed by a 10-to-15-minute game. Parents are asked to participate and help with instruction. Kindergartners will be placed on co-ed teams; first- and second-graders are placed on gender-specific teams. Cost includes a jersey and end-of-season award.

Tot Indoor Playground (mid-September through mid-March)
Looking for something to do during the day? Visit the Tot Indoor Playground at the Santo Community Center. Activities include jump houses, a low slide, basketball and more. Note: This is not a dropoff program. A parent/guardian must be present at all times.

Ages: Walking toddlers

Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays (except Federal holidays)

Dates: mid-September through mid-March

Times: 9:30 a.m.-1 p.m.

Place: Santo Community Center Main Hall
