General Rental Rates, Information & Procedures

Winter/Spring Rental Requests: We start accepting rental requests for January 1st - May 31st on the 3rd Wednesday of December.

Summer Rental Requests: We start accepting rental requests for June 1st - August 31st on the 3rd Wednesday of May.

Fall Rental Requests: We start accepting rental requests for September 1st - December 31st on the 3rd Wednesday of August.

Please submit requests via email to fields@cityofmedford.org. Our processing time is typically one week.

General Rental Definition: All teams, groups, organizations and individuals utilizing Lithia & Driveway Fields for organized sports on an ongoing or reoccurring basis for programs, practices, games or scrimmages must have a paid reservation.

Fields and Availability: Fields may be requested between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily unless closed for maintenance or set-up.

Field & Fence Setup: Fields are set up as-is and renters must not move fences, goals and/or mounds.
